Notes

add gelatin 3 days before carbonating

use 8 oz whole coffee bean in secondary, 2 days

THIS IS A DOUBLE BATCH, WITH THE SECOND BATCH
HAVING EARL GREY TEA ADDED IN PLACE OF COFFEE.

I USE 8OZ OF TEA, 3-4 OZ GETS ADDED TO COOLING WORT AFTER BOILING AT ABOUT 180 DEGREES. THE REST USED FOR DRY HOPPING ONCE RACKED FOR TWO DAYS.
