Notes

Fermented for 2+ months in basement. Transferred to kegs.

Keg 1: Added vanilla extract from 5 vanilla beans soaked in vodka for 1 week and 4 oz of homemade coldbrew and half a container of trader joes cold brew concentrate.

Keg 2: Added cocoa extra from 4oz of cocoa nibs, roasted in the oven and then soaked in vodka for 4 days.

Slowly carbed around 15 psi.
