Rack to secondary once fermentation slows. Rack onto 16oz of tart cherry juice (scared to add more, frankly). Secondary for at least 2 weeks, up to 4.

If cherry flavor isn't prominent enough, start with adding .5 oz of cherry extract to bottling bucket at bottling. Add more if needed.
