This beer was exactly what I wanted it to be. Hoppy citra IPA with a great malty backbone. I was incredibly happy with the outcome of this beer. In fact to be honest this is one of my favorite recipes that I've made. Invite your friends over, because oxidation really gets a hold of this one quickly. Maybe I got sloppy somewhere, but that fresh, crisp Citra flavor faded and started to turn into the oxidized flavor within a few days. I plan to brew this one again sometime soon

Followed the recipe to a tee and it came out absolutely fantastic. Delicious ðŸ¤¤. The amount of hops is hardcore but sings in the final product. Recomm a big mouth carboy for secondary or you'll be on a struggle bus with me pulling out the bloated hop socks. Thanks for sharing!!!
