11/18/18...Bottling Day...
Everything went perfectly on the batch, I only hope the flavors follow suit.
Tasted out of the fermentor before adding the last of the coffee and it was very sweet and chocolate forward with a hint of coffee on the finish. If nothing happens during bottle aging this should be really good!!
I decided to add vanilla and cut the final coffee amount in half. Batch was a little short and I only got 42.5 bottles

So so good!! As soon as the weather turns I am brewing another batch to replicate.
