Notes

Basing off my El Dorado single-hop NEIPA which used slightly different water chem than NEIPA#4, but same grist. This time trying to make it a proper hop-bomb though.

First dry hop in bag on day 3 (11 days before bottling), remove on days 10.
Second dry hop in bag on day 10 (4 days before bottling).
