Mash the flaked oats separately in the first wort runnings.
Whirlpool hops started around 160, but immersion chiller cooled the beer off quickly and likely didn't get a lot of contact time. A great deal of hop material was left in the kettle after filling the carboy.
1st dry hop used 2 oz of Mosaic cryohops. Hops were added 48 hours after pitching yeast in the fermentation vessel.
Cold crash after dry hop at 45 for 24-48 hours.
