Fermentation temperature: Pitch at 18C. Let free rise to 20C.
Cold crash: Put 12 PSI pressure on fermentor and reduce temperature by 2C pr hour down to 2C and maintain 2C for 7 days. Maintain 12 PSI throughout the cold crash.
