steep grains for only 30 min @ 155-160 f.

  • add to boil-Pumpkin juice of 1 large pumpkin.
    Use a juicer to extract the juice from fresh pumpkin... use this for part of your boil liquid. (I got just over 1/2 gal. from i large pumpkin)
  • add to boil
    Chalk and Epsom salt- check your own water needs before adding any brewing salts.
