Had to add 1 gal distilled water to get to targetvolume

Chill to 18c and pitch, set to 18c for 3 days.
Ramp to 20c on Day 4 to 10.
1020 on Day 5
1012 on Day 11, set to cold crash for 2 days. Kegged on day 13

This beer is spectacular. Lovely little fruity yeast character, amazing head retention and silky mouthfeel. Don't change a thing.

Bottle sampled on sep 1, fantastic. Best beer I’ve ever made.
