Notes

Pineapple cream ale - Using lactose, dried pineapple, and 3 hop profiles (Galaxy, El Dorado and Azzaca) to provide varying layers of slight bitterness and tropical notes to this beer as well as accentuate the pineapple fruit forward flavors. Not looking to create an overly sweet finished product just the finishing of a nice smooth cream ale with a slightly more hoppy profile than most by the late additions and dry hopping.
