Notes

Forgot to put my BIAB in the mash tun, so I had to scoop out the mash back into the kettle with bag in kettle. Collected approximately 6.25 gallons of wort with a pre boil gravity of 1.039. Vigorous 1 hour boil, put whirlpool hops in at 170 degrees and let sit for 30 minutes.

This beer turned out awful, do not make it. My process was fine so I very certain that it wasn't an infection or any mistake on my part besides a bad combination of ingredients.
