Notes

(The molasses is a pomegranate molasses)

  • Add 1lb of Candi syrup I last 10 min of boil
  • Mix the other pound of syrup with two cups of water and bring to a boil. Cool to the temperature of fermenting beer ( after fermentation begins to slow )
  • Add pomegranate molasses with 10 min left in boil.
  • start fermentation @65 hold for 24hours then let rise to mid 70’s or as close to 80 as possible to finish off fermentation.
  • possibly under pitch to let yeast flavors really shine
  • boil for 90 min due to high quantity of Pilsner malt
