Notes

2/4/18:
Brew day. Got 5.25 gallons into the fermenter. OG = 1.062

2/5/18:
Re-hydrated yeast, but forgot to pitch.

2/6/18:
Pitched yeast around 4pm.

2/7/18:
Some bubble action at 6am. Bubbles out the top of the blow off by 3pm. I was worried leaving re-hydrated yeast for 24hrs was gonna be a problem. Apparently not.

2/18/18:
Kegged and set to 30psi for a few days to force carb. FG = 1.018, adjusted attenuation to 70%. ABV = 5.8%

2/27/18:
Dry hopped 2oz East Kent Goldings, 2oz Simcoe.
