Notes
1/20/18 - Pitched starter @ 50 degrees - took roughly 36 hours for ferm to start.
1/27/18 - 5 oz dry hop towards tail end of ferm
2/1/18 - Start cold crash
2/3/18 - transfer to keg. A little too bitter and grassy from the sample but should age out after 1-2 weeks on gas. Carbed to 2.7 volumes
