Notes

Mash for 1 hour at 158F
Mash out at 167F for 10 minutes
Sparge with 167F water for 7 gallons

Going for a sweeter brew vs a drier brew, so higher mash temps.
Consider adding 1 box of graham crackers to the mash, whole, do not break into pieces as they will turn to glue. This adds an interesting, crusty hint to it, like a graham cracker crust.

Added blackprinz/chocolate malt to boil in the last 5 minutes primarily for color. There's no point/need to mash as it doesn't affect gravity.

Primary fermentation ~7 days until SG ~ <= 1.02
Secondary fermentation ~ add 2lb roasted pecan pieces & maybe 1 box of graham crackers for graham cracker crust flavor

Age in oak barrel for minimum 6 weeks.
I have no idea carbonation rates at this time, it's a porter, might be really good with nitro, but def with a porter/stout tap.
