Notes

Dry hop about 3 days into fermentation or when the krausen begins to fall.

used lupulin powder hops at half weight specified for all but the simcoe and the last dry hop of the mosaic was pellets

the 3 day dry hop was a little past primary fermentation, will throw them in at the height of the krausen next time

FG a little high, ended at 20 points after 12 days

Has an awesome juicy front with a semi sweet honey finish.
