Notes

Brewed with Dyson and Todd on 2/18/17. This recipe is a clone found on a blog that should finish like a 21st Amendment Brew Free or Die IPA. Thought by using all of 7 gallons pre-boil that the end volume would be 5 gallons but (again) my 20 gallon kettle seems to cook off a lot of water. End wort volume around 4.6 gallons. Morning after fermentation is active but not vigorous. OG 1.058. Brix 14.6 @ 55 F.
