Notes
15 gallons for strike water heated to about 156F to hit strike temp. Will use WLP002 from 3L starter in each carboy, both will be fermented at 62F. This along with Victory and Special B malts will give a strong malty and bready flavor to the final product. Chocolate and crystal malts should add some nuttiness. Kicked up the Special B to give a bit of dark fruit to increase complexity.
