Notes

ferment at room temperature for about a week rack off,add 19g liquid gelatin and leave to stand for another week rack off into barrel and add priming sugar leave for 2-3days in a warm room then move to cool room 15-18c for two weeks before drinking

this recipe uses up a lot of odds and ends

On tasting this is a fantastic well balanced beer with interesting hop notes. I will definitely brew this again soon and to think I just made it up to use up my odds and ends
