Notes

This is a great beer when fermented at 70 f or less; my most common crowd pleasing brew in fact. But Ringwood is a temperamental yeast. Fermenting a higher og version of this beer at 72 has resulted in a beer so funky that it is basically undrinkable. Be careful with this yeast, even at high ibus.
