Super recipe! Easy, forgiving, and really, really good. This is a great recipe for those starting in All Grain or BIAB to learn your equipment, dial in your process, and get a good drinkable beer. The original recipe is wonderful just as it is, but can be tweaked to your heart's desire. I subbed Ahtanum for Cascade, and used US-05 instead of Nottingham. It came out great. I highly recommend this one!
