Work in progress....not sure if I want Carafa II or III. Might drop out the crystal although it would add some more maltiness to the end product.

This is a cracker! Half the Carafa III was cold steeped and added to the boil with 5 mins to go to sterilise. The rest was steeped with the crystal and chocolate malt. Great hoppy character although the real intense hoppiness has faded with storage. Still great though.
