Target Water Profile
Brooklyn Water 2013
Notes
Loosely based on Brooklyn Summer Ale.
If I brew again, I'll use 4lbs. Maris Otter malt and no American 2-row.
I only used half of the pack of Nottingham yeast, and improperly rehydrated it. Next time, I'll just pitch the whole pack without rehydrating. There was a 24-hour lag time.
