This is a good beer. Was worried about the peppers but I hit it right on. Some flavor but none of the heat. I used three chipotle peppers from Penzeys Spices. Put them in a muslin bag around mid boil and pulled them out at the thirty minute mark. Acid malt was added due to my brewing water.
