Notes
I’m naming my beer “Black Orchard Stout”. It should taste like a dark stout with a smooth vanilla flavor and a slightly tart cherry finish. The beer should be rich and roasted, but not too bitter. I want the cherry to add a fruity flavor without making it taste like straight juice.
