Notes

Modified original BYO Recipe to add 1# Wheat Malt steeping grain and 1# of Wheat DME. Reduced LME from 6.5# to 6#. Used Wyeast Ringwood 1187. Chill to 61F and ferment at low end 64F. Steep 2 gal @151F 20 min. Sparge 1 gal at 170F.
