Battle Panda • 02/26/2026 at 04:17pm I used 4.4 lbs of blueberry puree in this recipe but it did not give me the flavor I was looking for. It ended up being an on brand saison that had a dry tart light blueberry citrus finish. I was hoping for a more jammy blueberry with a citrus balance. This was not bad just not what I had intended. If I were to do it again, I would substitute the puree for 1 1.5 lbs of dried blueberries.
