This has been tried and true the past 2 times I've brewed it - so this time I am making some changes. The yeast is dry. the efficiency is low. No more first wort hop. We'll see...

This is my second time brewing this beer but I think it will be a Summer staple from now on. As the chamomile flowers start to taper off and the cilantro is just turning brown, it's time to brew. Crisp and floral with a little bit of spice. Last batch came out at nearly 7%, but you'd never know by how quick it disappears!
