Notes

Added lemon juice at dry hop time. 250mls heated to kill bugs then cooled and added to ferment.
This was a higher gravity than I wanted as I watered it down with 3.75L of soda water at kegging time. That bought it down to 4.3% and it made the lemon even nicer due to the change in PH from the soda water.
