Notes

Originally bittered with galena hops. They were old and nasty so switched to Columbus.
16 brix OG.
6 gallons after cooling. Seemed to be about 1 gallon of trub that I dumped.
I measured out 7.25 gallons of wort pre boil. Will see how the final yield produces.
About 5ish gallons in fermenter and yielded a little over gallons.
7 brix FG.
