Note: The fruit addition contributes approximately 1.005 gravity points, increasing ABV from 2.6% to 3.1%. While 1kg sugar adds 1.008 gravity points, in this case, it will primarily be converted into lactic acid rather than ethanol, enhancing the beer's tartness.
