Based off of BCS Janet's Brown Ale.
Carb to 2.3 volumes
Missed OG by 3 points. Need to mill the wheat a lot better -- whole kernels were in the spent grains.
Also, maybe I should close my mill gap a smidge as my efficiency isn't the greatest (even though the electric brewery guy says efficiency will increase with a larger gap!)
