Notes

Mash in at 135 for 10 minutes then raise to 145 for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes pull 1/3 for a decoction and boil for 20 minutes and add back for mash out, 5 minutes.

Ferment in upper 40s low 50s and Spund with 10 points left to 2.5 volumes of co2. Lager a month.
