Notes

This is based off of British Ale Dudes Abbot Ale Clone. Converted to an extract recipe. We made it larger than target ABV on accident, but are very happy with the results. This beer comes out after a week in the bottle as a very hearty dark brown, crystal clear beer. The first word I have for it is BIG. The second I have is tasty. Even keeled and rich. If you want hoppy - keep looking. It tastes like fall should - no pumpkin spice. If you want rich and even and a finish that gently fades away, then try it. I enjoy it very much.
