Notes

Ferment for 2 days at 65f, the raise to 72f, and let finish. Cold crashed, to 32F for 2 days. Pressure transferred to Keg. This is a great beer. Lots of clove. Nice head and good color. Similar to a leffe blond, but higher ABV. The yeast attenuated at 86.5% rather than the published 75%. I would pull back the grain bill next time to keep the ABV closer to 6.2%

I used distilled water.
