This is using an adjusted Amber Ale III grain bill and water profile, while using strictly C-hops. Also trying to focus more on use of knockout hop stand to acquire aroma and flavor from hops.
5/10/25 Double milled grains at mill gap of 0.025+ yielding lots of flour, but no dough balls in well stirred mash.
