I have made this brew 3 times now. Works great every time. Used Digiboil for kettle with BIAB to mash no need to sparge. I use RO water and EZ Water spreadsheet to adjust mash ph.

Notes

This recipe is based on a Brewmart Allgrain Kit (Bayswater Perth Australia) Made it 3 times so far and always turns out very well. Cold crashed once fermentation stops and added 1 teaspoon of gelatin in warm (previously boiled water) after reaches about 2°.Kegged after a few days cold crashed at 2°.
