Notes

Steep grains for 40 minutes at 150 degrees 1.5 gal 4 gal batch sparge 20 minutes.
Bring to boil. Remove from heat, add LME and DME, and return to boil.
Add 2 oz Northern brewer hops. Boil 30 minutes
Add 1 oz US Fuggles. Boil 20 minutes
Add ½ oz US Fuggles and Irish moss boil last 10 minutes
Remove from heat. Soak wood chips in whiskey and add water to 6 gallons.
Cool to 85 degrees
Add wood chips and pitch yeast.

Primary Fermenter with wood chips 7 days
Secondary Fermenter with no wood chips 14 days
