Notes

The objective here is to make a good tasting beer, slightly sweet, light on the hops, a beautiful color, and hopefully in the style of a European Lager, hence the name Vienna Lager. I have no idea whether this beer actually comes within the standards of a Vienna lager. I wanted an Amber color, hence the Munich Dark and Crystal 60L, but also a malt forward taste with hops, but not too hoppy. Finally, I want it to make me come back for more.
