I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome of this beer, because I haven't had a lot of Saisons before. It was a very tasty light, slightly tart Summer drinker. My only mistake was that I used store-bought frozen strawberries, unfortunately I couldn't get my hands on fresh strawberries at that time. I would have used Belma hops instead of huell melon but to be fair, all of the ingredients were leftovers apart from the malts.
