Ferment at 63 degrees for 5 days without pressure. After 5 days primary, dry hop 5 days at 8-10psi, transfer or remove hops after 5 days, let ferment another 5 days to clean up at 8-10psi. Crash to 45 degrees on day 15 Maintain for 3 -5 days at 45 degrees at 10psi, transfer to keg.
