Notes

carafa III barley makes a very toasty beer. low ABV so light to drink, dry taste. Best to drink on the warmer side to get notes of coffee and other esters.

10/29/23 changed 2-row to a 50/50 split of 2-row and maris otter to get a more british taste but to keep DP high.
