Notes

Breaking in new system. Learned that I definitely have to preheat my SS Brewtech mash tun more than anticipated, hence the large infusion to reach temperature

New brew pot also evaporates much faster. Added 1/2 gallon additional water one hour into the boil and 1/2 gallon post boil to reach 5 gallon volume.
