Rehydrate yeast and add to 0.5 L wort at ~30C.

Mix Chit malt with 4L water and heat to 50 C for protein rest while remaining water heats to strike temperature 80C.

Final volume after boil at 46L OG 1.072 --> dilute with 7L cold water to OG 1.062.
