La cerveza quedó más amarga de lo habitual. Debido a la sequedad de la cerveza. Además por la adicion de cáscara de naranja en dry hop se mantuvo mucho tiempo en contacto con la birra. (1 semana)
Mantener 3 días como máximo para no exagerar con el sabor a naranja y el amargor que aportan los adjuntos vegetales... aroma excelente. Pero tapa mucho los otros aromas más característicos de una saison....

lo que ame de esta cerveza fue el aroma, el color y espuma densa que forma un bonito encaje belga
lo malo el alto nivel de alcohol le quita mucha drynkability.

bajar el nivel de sulfato y elevar mas el de cloruro, para dar mas sabor a las maltas
