Notes

This is a simple pipeline failure beer to consume after Dry January. I'm brewing it with Lutra Kveik at 80F to hopefully produce a fast, semi-clean, highly drinkable German-esque beer. I'll fine with gelatin and do a proper crash with my glycol chiller, but will otherwise be powering through fermentation to get it drinkable asap. Notes updated as I progress. - 1/27/24
