Sacch rest at 150F for 60-75 min. FWH get added at 170F as the boil begins. Boil. Cut flame, add Whirlpool hops, swirl, cover and let stand for 40 minutes. Chill, pitch and ferment at 65F. Cold crash after 10 or so days to 60F. Transfer and dry hop at 65F. Double dry hop: Add first DH and swirl every 12 hours for two days. . .add second dry hop and swirl every 12 hours for three days. . .total dry hop time of 5 days. 21 days in bottles carbed to 2.0 (sorry I just can't do 2.5). lol
