Notes

This iteration of Callow Session NEIPA 3 uses flaked wheat instead of flaked oats, Truvia sweetener instead of monk fruit, and the hop varieties and methods were changed a bit.
Add 20 drops of Amylo 300 and Truvia to the fermenter before transferring wort from the kettle.
Add .4 ounces Truvia per gallon of beer in the fermenter (2.5 oz. for 6.25 gallons of wort). I'd normally just add 2 ounces to the fermenter but since the volume going into the fermenter changes per batch, adding .4 ounces per gallon will make the recipe consistent.

This is my favorite iteration so far. The combination of mash hopping with Citra and fermenting with Cosmic Punch really seemed to increase the hazy appearance and fruity aroma. This could probably be made even lower calorie by omitting the flaked wheat, and while I guess that'd then technically not make this a NEIPA, the haziness should still be present with mash hopping, dry hopping at high krausen, using Cosmic Punch yeast, or a combination of all the above. Two things I already have changed for version 3.1.1 is a larger hop bill -- an absurd amount really, because I have so much to use up -- and decreasing the amount of zero calorie sweetener to .25 ounces per gallon. I thought this batch tasted just a tad too sweet for my liking when using .4 ounces per gallon.
