Notes
  • This iteration of Callow Session NEIPA 3 uses flaked wheat instead of flaked oats, Truvia sweetener instead of monk fruit, and the hop varieties and methods were changed a bit.
  • Add 20 drops of Amylo 300 and Truvia to the fermenter before transferring wort from the kettle.
  • Add .4 ounces Truvia per gallon of beer in the fermenter (2.5 oz. for 6.25 gallons of wort). I'd normally just add 2 ounces to the fermenter but since the volume going into the fermenter changes per batch, adding .4 ounces per gallon will make the recipe consistent.
